Inta Bina Group Bhd has started Senja Residensi @ Bukit Jelutong, a 499-unit serviced-apartment project in Shah Alam with a forecast gross development value of RM290.96 million.
The project is being undertaken by wholly owned subsidiary Seiring Setia Sdn Bhd, while the construction contract is expected to go to another wholly owned unit, Inta Bina Sdn Bhd. The development began on Oct 1, 2026 and is expected to run for 36 months.
For buyers watching Bukit Jelutong supply, the useful detail is the mix. EdgeProp, citing Inta Bina's Bursa Malaysia filing, reported that the project will comprise two residential blocks and 16 ground-floor shop units at No. 3, Lot 76108, Jalan Bazar U8/100, Section U8. Block A is planned with 247 serviced apartments across 19 residential floors, while Block B is planned with 252 units across 18 residential floors.
The same filing details resident facilities including parking podiums, a multipurpose hall, prayer rooms, a gymnasium, a yoga room, a swimming pool, a children's playground and a community garden. The Star also reported the RM290.96 million GDV and the 36-month development timeline.
Senja is Inta Bina's second property development project, following vacant possession for its first development in mid-July 2026. Managing director Paul Lim said the company views development as a complementary platform alongside its construction business.
Rummah has created a pending directory page for Senja Residensi @ Bukit Jelutong; it will remain under review until the project page clears the site's quality gates.
