One deal in. Every share paid out.
Commission splits, approvals, payouts and e-Invoices for property agencies, worked out from the deals your negotiators already close in Rummah.
In early access. We are building the agency side with the first agencies who sign up, around how they pay commission today.

Self-billed e-Invoices, for agencies that need them
LHDN treats the commission an agency pays its negotiators as self-billed: the agency issues the e-Invoice, not the negotiator, and shares the validated copy with them. Smaller agencies are currently exempt, and the line has moved more than once, so we will follow LHDN’s latest guideline rather than print a number here.
- Each negotiator’s tax details kept on file once
- One e-Invoice per payout, sent to MyInvois
- The validated copy, with its QR code, on each statement
- Switched off for agencies that are exempt

Questions agencies ask
Can my agency use this today?
Not yet. The agency back office is in early access: we are building it with the first agencies who sign up. Your negotiators can already use Rummah for listings, cases, co-broke and teams.
What will it handle?
Agency commission schemes with tiers and team leader overrides, co-broke splits, claims and approvals, payouts, monthly negotiator statements, fee invoices and receipts, self-billed e-Invoices, withholding tax and CP58, a client account ledger, and exports to your accounting software.
Does it replace our accounting software?
No. The plan is to hand the books to the software you already use, such as AutoCount or SQL Account, or to your accountant.
Do our negotiators have to change how they work?
Very little. Commission starts from the case a negotiator already closes in Rummah, so nothing is typed twice.
What will it cost?
Pricing is not set yet. We will talk it through with early-access agencies before launch.
