A property marketplace
- Homes, rooms and commercial space for sale and rent, posted by agents, who give their REN number when they sign up, and by owners, whose ads are reviewed before they go live.
- A page for every condo, taman and new launch, and transacted prices from JPPH / NAPIC government records by state and area.
- Free calculators for stamp duty, legal fees, loans, RPGT and rental yield, each naming the law or order its rates come from.
- Property news and guides, published as Rummah Editorial.
Most listings today are in Penang.
Software for property agents
- One workspace for listings, leads, co-broke, tenancy agreements and follow-ups.
- One Post button sends a listing to the agent's Facebook Page, Instagram and Telegram channel, to WhatsApp, and as a draft to PropertyGuru, iProperty, Mudah and EdgeProp (portal posting is in beta).
- Every listing also gets its own page on the rummah.my marketplace.

Why we built it
Property marketing is often fragmented across spreadsheets, chats, uploads, design files, and reminders. Rummah exists to bring that work together for agents, and to give the people searching one clear place to find homes, check what they really sell for, and reach the agent behind each listing.
