If you are looking around Serdang or Seri Kembangan, Kimori Residences is the new freehold launch to put on the map.
Premierex Development Sdn Bhd has launched the Bukit Serdang condominium with 418 units across 28 residential levels. EdgeProp reported that 73% of Phase 1 units had already been booked after the grand launch at the Kimori showroom and sales gallery on Saturday, Oct 3.
The basic buyer facts are straightforward. The project is freehold, sits in Bukit Serdang, and has two main unit types: Type B at about 857 sq ft with three bedrooms, and Type A at about 1,095 sq ft with four bedrooms. The official project site says every unit is north-south facing and comes with at least two car parks.
Prices start from RM481,600, according to EdgeProp. That puts the entry point at roughly RM562 psf if measured against the 857 sq ft Type B layout, before any package, rebates or booking terms a buyer would still need to check directly with the sales team.
What makes Kimori slightly different from the usual compact Klang Valley launch is the family pitch. The developer is selling a hilltop Serdang address, larger practical layouts and 34 to 38 facilities, depending on whether you count the official site or EdgeProp's full facility list. The named facilities include a 25m infinity pool, gym, half basketball court, EV charging bays, study and activity rooms, and a kindergarten space.
For buyers, the question is less whether the word "freehold" is attractive - it usually is - and more whether the Serdang location fits your actual week. The official site places the project about 3.2km from MRT UPM and MRT Serdang Jaya, with access to MEX, NSE and SKVE. That is useful, but it still means you should test the drive at school-run and office-return hours, not just on a weekend showroom visit.
Expected completion is stated as the fourth quarter of 2029. Rummah has created a pending Kimori Residences project page for directory review; it will stay pending until the usual project quality gates, including approved photos, are cleared.
