EcoWorld's sales number now starts with a five. The developer said on 24 September 2026 that it had recorded RM4,052,000,000 in sales as at 31 August, and that the 22 September sale of 221.665 acres of industrial land to Tera Data Centers lifted sales to more than RM5,000,000,000 for the first time.
The arithmetic matters because EcoWorld's full-year FY2026 sales target was RM4,000,000,000. The company had already crossed that target within 10 months; the Tera transaction then added RM1,010,000,000 from two parcels in Eco Business Park VII in Negeri Sembilan, within the project's QUANTUM Pulse data-centre space.
EcoWorld's official 3Q FY2026 press release also shows why the land deal is not the whole story. Sales up to 31 August were 57% residential, 10% commercial and 33% industrial. By region, Central, including Klang Valley and Negeri Sembilan, contributed RM1,790,000,000, Southern contributed RM1,966,000,000 and Northern contributed RM296,000,000.
Profit after tax for 3Q FY2026 was RM120,800,000, up 20% against 3Q FY2025. For the nine months to 31 July, profit after tax was RM424,300,000, up 36%. Revenue for the quarter was RM971,525,000, according to EcoWorld's interim financial report.
The signal for buyers and investors is that EcoWorld's industrial landbank is now doing more than balancing the residential cycle. Its Eco Business Parks pillar booked RM1,044,000,000 in sales by 31 August, while its newer QUANTUM pillar, aimed at data centres and high-value ventures, contributed RM281,000,000 before the Tera sale was counted in that table.
EcoWorld also reported future revenue of RM5,010,000,000 as at 31 August, gross gearing of 0.57 times, net gearing of 0.21 times and cash balances, deposits and short-term funds of RM2,280,000,000 as at 31 July. The board declared a third interim dividend of two sen per share, bringing FY2026 dividends so far to six sen per share.
