Request deletion
If you would like Rummah to delete your account data, please send a request to hello@rummah.my. We process requests manually to protect account security.
- Email your deletion request to hello@rummah.my using the email address linked to your Rummah account.
- Use the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your account email address plus your agency or display name.
- Our team may contact you to verify ownership of the account before processing the request.
- After verification, we will delete or anonymize eligible account data and disconnect any stored Facebook or Instagram posting credentials associated with your account.
What we delete
This may include your account profile, listing content, uploaded assets that remain linked to your account, saved preferences, and connected Meta posting tokens that Rummah stores to support Facebook or Instagram auto-posting.
Processing
We aim to review deletion requests promptly after verification. Some information may be retained where necessary for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, or platform-security purposes.
